Terms of Service

The service

ODC provides hosted workspaces running Odoo Community and open-source modules ("the Service"). We are not affiliated with Odoo S.A. and do not provide Odoo Enterprise.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for the people you give access to. One named person per user login. Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to attack other systems.

Trial

New workspaces get a free trial of 14 days. If you don't choose a plan, the workspace is paused at the end of the trial and deleted 7 days later.

Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars through Stripe. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Plan limits (users, companies, storage, apps) apply as shown on the pricing page. Additions are charged immediately and prorated; reductions take effect without a refund.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, for monthly and yearly plans. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. For yearly plans, consumers in the EU/UK agree at checkout that the service starts immediately and that the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived.

Non-payment

If a payment fails, you keep access while we retry. After 7 days without payment the workspace is paused; 21 days after the failed payment it is deleted. Paying before then restores it immediately. After deletion we keep a final backup for 30 days and can restore it for a $15 fee.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You can request a full export at any time. We process it only to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

Upgrades and availability

We apply security updates and move workspaces to new major Odoo versions after testing. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without warranty except where the law requires otherwise.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. After the paid period ends you have 14 days to download your data or restart before the workspace is deleted.
