Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, company, country), billing details handled by Stripe (we never see full card numbers), and technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.

Your workspace data

Everything you put into your Odoo workspace is your data. We act as a processor: we store, back up and protect it, and access it only to provide support you ask for (our support login is switched off by default and every use is logged).

Where it is stored

On servers in London, UK (DigitalOcean). Backups are encrypted and kept for up to 30 days.

Sub-processors

DigitalOcean (hosting), Stripe (payments and tax), SendGrid/Twilio (email), Cloudflare (bot protection on sign-up).

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. Deleting your workspace removes it permanently; backups expire within 30 days.
