Questions
Is this the real Odoo?
Yes. It's Odoo Community, the open-source edition of Odoo, plus open-source modules from the Odoo Community Association. We host, update and support it. We are not affiliated with Odoo S.A. and we never use Odoo Enterprise code.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. You can download a full copy of your database and files at any time. It works with any Odoo Community installation of the same version.
Are upgrades included?
Yes, on all paid plans. We move every workspace to each new major Odoo version once it and the supported modules are stable, after testing your data on a copy first.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and everything carries on. If you don't, the workspace is paused and deleted 7 days later.
Where is my data hosted?
In London, UK (DigitalOcean), with nightly backups. Pro customers can choose a region.
Do you offer setup help?
Yes: quick-start setup ($299), full implementation, data migration from spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Xero and other systems, training and support hour packs.
